Nice stream thanks hb.
That twitter crap is annoying but otherwise gives a clear picture on how the youth of America is coping with the looming economic “fiscal cliff” (boneheads and dead shits).
CheersJanuary 11, 2013 at 10:16 am in reply to: Central West Forests CLOSED due to severe weather conditions #235349Fair enough. It’s not worth the risk of fire.
I helped with a grass fire today. 41C and a dhead thought it would be smart to slash around his house to keep the “really super dry 2 foot grass” nice and low for protection against fire. All it took was a rock to spark and 50 acres went up. 15 odd trucks and 2 water bombing planes later 3 houses and sheds saved.
Stay at home people and watch TV in the aircon. Thanks lads. I can tell you I use computers all day but after 20 years of technology I f’n hate it all.
I’ll be using my GPS so I can find the start of loops I go on or cut in and as you said TB, so I can get back to the car when required.
I have no interest in advanced features or spending more than 5min on the computer, especially not after 4pm weekdays. Not rushing or anything but the thought of nabbing a second hand one from os is tempting me.
What should I be looking at price wise for a second handy 60csx from US/UK? Is that a bad idea? What about maps, software and such are they costly (or freely obtainable)?
I’m still keen for a new one in the TB order.Funny how the corners and into straights looks slow but then whoops look so bloody fast. In reality they are fast every where…
Yep that’s awesome TB. How about the crowd noise when they get close. The adrenaline must be out of this world.
The thought of riding in this heat makes me feel ill. I’d like a light weight aircon suit please. Solar powered.
Same here. Thanks HB, a link to a stream would be grand.
Looks like nobody wants to help. I’ll have a stab. Going from what you say – either head or base (depends on the bike water galleries) otherwise water pump seal. Seeing as the bike went from super hot to cold real quick the worst case scenario is warped head. But really, sounds like you still have some moisture in the oil rather than coolant. Unless you tell us that after a ride you have to add 1L of coolant every time….
Your unlikely to get the moisture out of the gbox/motor in one oil change.Great tip. For those not willing to remove shock I guess adjust the rebound adjuster periodically to keep it from seizing (okay that’s a real half arsed short cut even I wouldn’t do)
Hows that for a plug. ‘Not comfortable on the 500 (after lots of setup changing and countless $ I would imagine)’ ‘Rode friend’s Hondas and they felt comfortable’.
Sounds to me like your ‘contacts’ are in the shipping business and these items are ‘lost in transit’.

Wow. It did look clean. I’ll offer him half for you and see how it goes.
