Best thing for you and the leg is to get on the bike. Well done. Apparently loading up the bones with work/weight incourages growth and healing. Only problem is risk of crashing again.

Regarding the throttle cable Ollie we us CR ones on our EXCs as they are a bit longer. This might be an option for you – more FHonda I guess.

I use petrol. Just a teaspoon in and swill it around and tip it out then slide it on. Never had a problem.

Same here, but I do also use grip wire. It often helps to wrap a layer of insulation tape on the bars before putting the grips on – better for removal.

Yep I have found contaminated bar ends to make it hard for the grip to stay put. I have been known to wrap fresh duct tape around the bar and then use the paint/petrol/wire tricks. I’ve seen someone on the trails scrape the glue off duct tape with some petrol and appy that to the bars before sliding the grips back on…. wow.

Good idea Ollie. Might try that next time I have to pry DS tape off something.

I hear Bob liked the firmness and tractability of the YZ and was thinking of modding the WR to suit? :)

Hey Pete mine dies it too. Has done it for months. Im pretty sure its the Safari web browser engine that decides where in the page you have to be and wont budge. It annoys the hell out of me esp when I read the “latest post” and cant scroll up. I get around it by editing the url and removing the last #35755 or whatever number. Otherwise navigate back and forth. Its def an iPhone issue.
One curious anomoly since the update for me is when posting a message my curser keys (left and right, up and down) go super slow mo. Pretty sure its isolated to my browser.

I’ve suggested that forum to XY last week. He needs to get in there and read up on the threads in there. RodeoBob is the DT master. There is at least a good weeks worth of reading in there to get up to speed with the DT.

What touch? I wasn’t even 10 years old when it was made and I know nothing about vintage sickles!

Your doing up an IT I thought you might have something going? That IT was made before you were born then?! I wasn’t that much older than you at the time and managed to save up for a second hand KDX200F1 that was the DT’s nemesis. The KDX was the better bike despite the magazines’ objectiveness.
