That clay hill last year made my old 756 look bad. Got up on the 4th attempt after everyone took 3inches off the top soil for me. New tyres this time.

Smokin will need to join if he is, he didn’t want to join up last time. Members only it’s free to join and we are there to celebrate the site, four years and the members and friendships aren’t we

I’m only fooling XR Boy. Welcome. I used to have an XR400 for a while. Didn’t mind kicking it, just don’t turn it off. Rocket here used to have one too. If I had one today I wouldn’t sell it.
Be good to catch you on some rides.

CRF450 rider? Scared of the birthday ride? Wha? Who?
Yes Grant’s coming. He is already trying to get some riding in which is good. I’m jumping ship into his car. His fuel is cheaper! You better book your wagon from the missus for the weekend and get your 6×4 ready! (No room for 3 bikes and gear in Grant’s) Is Smokin going to come along?

Well really I thought that was what XRs were best at??! Legend has it there is a “hill climb assist” button sequence only XR owners know (L indicator + horn then high beam or something like that). The rider doesnt need to be on the bike. In fact they climb best when rider is being dragged by the boots behind…..

I just got off the phone to “Brakepad” “Mr Bean” Grant. He has committed to the weekend and the catering. If he drinks enough home brew he will buy anything at the auction haha!

    Username : Bean

    Cheers

All I can see is two four strokes without enough instantaneous poke to mono over the lip. By simple correlation and the fact that there are no photos it must be assumed two strokes don’t have this issue. Of course it could be as simple as people who buy two strokes are smarter and more skillfull.

    Haha well said Roy!

I don’t see anything wrong here. He was obviously still getting used to the engine braking of the big girl. That would have been my chosen line (up rather than down) ….

Unit, I have stuffed around with A/M countershaft sprockets in the past, the last one I had to mill down to fit the circlip on. In future I will only personally use genuine there. Rear no big deal. The fronts are priced good anyway and not worth the hassles.
