    Yep I can make it. I’m drinking Little Creatures right now. Nice Fremantle beer. At pubs I usually drink OLD if it’s on tap.
    Cattlemans has a reasonable feed but pricey for us local plebs.
    Walking distance from you is the West Side Hotel. I’ve never been there. Recently renovated and typical big portion pub food.
    Near the main drag we have the Pastoral (more young crowd sometimes, ok food good Pizza), Milestone (suites show up there drinking Stella sometimes) and the infamous Commercial Hotel (Good better than usual pub food). Rolling distance from the rocket man is the Macquarie Inn. Thursday is $13 steak night, nice place to drink and play some pool.
    Then there are the other 20 pubs…
