Thats a crack up TB. Can’t be easy to do that on a cr80. I thought he was going to have to stop when the rear brake fade kicked in :D
At least he had his protective gear (gloves) on :D

I’ve had a couple of cheap pro grips too over the years. Both are still usable too. I machine wash them can’t kill them. Tore the foam out of the top of the older pair for wet days. Rode nearly all day with murph in the rain. That said the lenses for them are getting harder to find. I’ll go a set of fancy Oakleys/whatever if there is a group buy.

They gave me a new fuel cap for my 07
Some sort of fault I presume.
    Cheers
    Murph

You bet. They had a nasty habit of coming off whilst riding. Well documented events led to the recall/re-issue of fuel caps after numerous poor people having to visit the burns unit.

What seemed as drizzle on the goggles or a wet feeling on the jersey soon became a fireball. Not good at all.

Hey Mal, your brave doing ST with a bung knee. Every cm is a potential hazzard!

The 3:58 vid above got me grinning in the first few moments. A creek crossing, distracted with wiping camera, wet tires, Mal falls off the track to the left, dodges tree :D

Maybe. My guess is a known fault/issue with fuel cap from 2007.

Hey King, that vid there reminds me of my last ride with Murph. The only difference is nearly every track looked like that creek!
I wouldn’t be mounting my cam on top of my helmet. I’d go the side of the mouthguard or something like that.

Mal the footage looks and sounds better when your standing IMO. Love the 2 stroke. The adrenalin pumps just listening to the fury.

It will be an awesome ride no matter what.

    Entertaining/enjoyable vids gents.
That GG of yours sounds angry Mal. Looks like your about to hook up a tree with your bars from that camera angle!
Great quality, those cameras have come along way.

Hey Moose! I just got my tent back from Aust Post. Thanks for posting that buddy. Looks like I owe you a 6 pack not a beer! :D
Would you believe the tent isn’t mine (it’s exactly the same as mine – but not mine). There were 2 tents like mine there that weekend. Old mate that had the same one as mine camped down near the dam – you get bonus pegs and elastic straps with yours if you haven’t noticed yet. These are for a tarp fly to throw over the tent. Enjoy. Looks like my new one here is missing pegs darn it, ah well. You won’t need the “Axel Dubbo 135” label on the side anymore, you can peel that off the bag haha ;)

It is now. Sport settings. To the clicker. I’m going to get the stuff to Tekniks eventually. Want to time that when I’m off the bike getting the plate out. Then I’ve got 6 months until the holes weld over. Over summer I’m thinking.

Tell me again how you stuffed up Axel.

G’day Galey, bit hard to know for sure. After looking at all the photos there’s bracken on a right hander coming up a rise. I’ve come through it reasonably quick (ok much quicker than usual) and eyes widened a little when the next thing was this pathetic branch. Instinct touched the brakes. I remember trying to do the usual “use it as a jump” trick but I think the weighting was all wrong. Next thing I know I was looking at the ground. Mate behind said I pretty much hand-standed into the ground.
I’m pretty sure the clincher was my camera and GPS hanging off my backpack strap right where the collarbone is. I no longer keep anything in that area anymore….

Everytime I look at the photos it gets me so pi*&ed off. Pathetic stack considering but hey, when it all goes wrong, it all goes wrong.
