Ah memories. Hopefully he will perform again this year :D

No highsides for me this year lads. I found the problem was a loose nut behind the handlebars , which I have duly tightened. Also that corner has now been logged.

ALERT: GRADE 4 RIDER NEEDED TO SWEEP MY GRADE 4/5 LOOP ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON. LC HAS THE JOB IN THE MORNING, THANKS MATE. YOU WILL GET TO WEAR A PRETTY VEST! POST UP YOUR NAME OR PM ME IF NEEDED. NOTE THIS IS A GRADE 4/5 LOOP SO MOST BLOKES SHOULD BE ABLE TO SORT THEMSELVES OUT. YOU MAY NEED TO CHANGE ANY FLATS THAT REEKSIE FROM TRAILZONE WILL GET! 👿

    Ill do it Galey

Rides north of Coffs are hard to come by around here, ay Nick

Rides that meet your criteria are hard to find north of Coffs Ev. I ride here a lot and your always welcome but you’d leave saying it wasn’t hard enough :(

Your to modest , you finished all my rides on an adventure bike.
There must be something good up there, Spud didnt get that good riding fire trails.

Can I ask everyone coming to pm me or post up the ride grade they want to do or lead rider they would like to ride with?

This hopefully will give us an idea of the size of the groups and then we can adjust the rides to suit.

If we have the majority of riders wanting a grade 3, I have another local lead rider on standby (sort of).

    Grades/leaders

Eagle – grade 2 adventure style ride

    Medogrocket – grade 3ish (hopefully)

Mal5.1 – grade 3 (with help on the hills)

GaleyKTM300 – grade 4 (hill climb heros ride) Some of Galeys hills will suck the life out of the unfit.

    Cheers :woohoo:

What happened to the grade 5?
    has Galey gone soft? 😆
I was hoping Galey could find a hill that LC cant get up 👿

Its only a hill climb if you can or someone can climb it

    Thats a cliff challenge

The last bloke made it, if the bike makes it that counts ;)
They need WRs, that way they could have more than one go each

Hey Crow its a sweet looking bike mate, very tidy indeed and the smile on your dile at the end of a days riding is all that matters.
    :) :) B)

how do you rate the steg pegs mate ?

    PTW

Mate glad you ask they are BRILLIANT. Get them. I swear they are the best item for any offroad bike that you spend riding up on the pegs for ANY length of time.

They are so unobtrusive and natural feeling on the bike and save so much leg and arm input its hard to see why they haven’t become a sensation item and the first thing to put on… even before a bashplate.. Brilliant

I found the steg pegz sat to far back on a WR wich meant the back brake was not in reach.I tried to use them but gave up in the end, maybe I stand to far forward?

This is shaping up to be a great weekend again.

Just a heads up Galey is on fire lately and will have a top quality grade 5 loop. You better bring your ‘A’ game and ambulance cover with you for his rides. :)

Galeys grade 5 sign me up 👿

Thanks to Bill and and everyone who helped out.
Highlights were test riding 5 different bikes and the hill Dickie showed me and Sam.
Lowlight was cracking the case on Dikies hill.
