Hi BR.this weekend sounds ace,can you put me on the list please.Ive never riden west of the divide or on a motorcross track so Im really keen,I might even get to see some of this “dust” that you westies talk about. Is there a fridge/microwave?
Another OB is keen too but its along way from Coffs,he wants to know how much good single/enduro there is ,someone told him its flat out there, How big are the hills ?Is it worth the drive?
Either way im in.
Cheers EVHi Bundyroy,What grade is this ride? And how far is it from coffs?Have you been to this park ,how much singletrack is there?
cheers EvSome good looking trails Murph,Hope to get down there one day.
Ps I like your tips for a good rideI reckon they or something similar would be good in “ride Gatherings” under the “conerman system”The “nod” means the leader only has to turn around once.

Al payed me to say that. But on a grade5 weight is an issue for anyone.

Aido I would be interested to see how it is after 2500 thats about when mine stoped starting.bigger al wrote:Corey8 wrote:Hatto wrote:What year model Corey, because they do seem to go cheap, don’t seem to hold their value real well, but seem to be fairly bullet proof.
Same motor as the legend kx and has won a few 24hr enduro’s in a row.cheers Hatto
they call them an 08 but built in late 07
Payed 5300 for my 07 drz400 and only 2400ks, has had every thing done to it only thing I had to do was the kickstarter, and that is one great handling bike don’t notice the extra weight, and Im not totaly stuffed after a ride.PS you wont get a bite corey wrong bait:laugh:
Yeah but Al you could probably ride an R1 down most trails. The weights not really an issue ntill you drop it (so for me its a big issue)
How many Ks Aido?
Thanks Cathi not EFI though.Does anyone own or Know of A late model WR450 that will start in gear?
I used to think that about my XR400 scotty, but the WR is soo much better the weight power and suspension make everything so much easier it makes you look better than you are.But the maintenence and chains and tyres and sprockets and fork seals etc are the price you pay though .I was gunna by a DR but I lent against it in the shop and it was heavier than the ten year old XR.It really depends on what riding you do and how good/big you are .Dont do it corey You will be regretting it on the coffs grade 5
cheers EvDont worry nick. Well save you some for next time
Mine does that to jeffro.I wonder what people who race do about this because in some circumstances (in a rut almost at the top of a hill)it would cost you heaps of time
Hey Murph anytime you want a grade 5 pm me can be almost any weekend ps there will be photos (hopefully not the xray type)
we rode past it on the lowanna ride. You turn left at the top of four mile. What about march 26 or 27 or does anyone have a prefered date?
Sounds good Ive got my eye on a few big ones near crossmaglen and mt brown. Theres one at the top of four mile ,ive heard theres a book to sign your name in at the top.
