On hills we dont have to get up there will be a limit of 2 attempts each (this rule is mainly for me and should be strictly enforced)Maniac the start time has been moved to 730am you can meet us were i said or at South Coffs maccas at 700am

Was that in the prologue ?
Nick
I saw that I think it was last year and I thought it was Jarvis that roosted Lampkin, it was vicious, fist sized rocks from 10mtrs uphill right into his back

Would be nice to ride Saturday and half day Sunday.
If you could point Tim and I in the direction of the cars around lunch time Sunday that would be great.
If this is not possible would still like to do Saturdays ride.
Tim has a swag and I’ll be sleeping in the car.
At this stage driving up Friday after lunch.
Cheers
MurphThat will work out well

Murph the surf wrote:Hey Ev,
Is this ride still on? I was a bit concerned when you changed the venue last weekend due to the March storms. I have lined up a couple of Jobs (tree lopping) for Tim and I that weekend anyway.
It is a long way to travel as you know.
At this stage we are 75% still coming.
Cheers
MurphIts on Murph we have been working on the trails and they are all good.
Last weekends ride was moved because we had 370ml in 24 hours and the red clay around coffs is practically unrideable when it is that wet.
I hope you guys can make it otherwise chris will have to pull me up Devos by himself :sick:110ks should do but bring some oil
MadManiac wrote:Ev, I have to be totally honest with you I don’t have the pace of a grade 5 rider but i like to think that i can do grade 5 terrain with a grade 4 pace, David (OBT username Beano) is the same as me, and Mo i believe is a true grade 5.All three of us love the hard stuff but the only way to get to a grade 5 is to ride grade 5 terrain.
We are looking forward to this ride but if you have true grade 5 people to take our place we will not get offended.
You have the right attitude, and as long as you can ride all day you will be fine,
and Bob is right for once, ive never been to the top of the really hard hills so they will be optionalNick had been annoying me all day, it got a bit embarassing, so I gave in
I only rode it for 500mtrs, I didnt want to do a valve and I was getting cramps from changing gears so muchI was amazed at the 250
Somehow it was too snappy but still gutless at the same timeWe ended up with perfect conditions, 370ml but traction was still good and we were able to ride all the creek trails including the new one.
it was good to ride with Rob for the first time and catch up with Dikie
Dont worry Al you still go hard (i wouldnt invite you if you didnt  )
Hopefully we can organize a Coffs ride soonAn updated list so I know whos coming
