It truely is a day like no other.
I’m sure we all have our own stories that we remember on this day.
For me,Anzac day is a time i pay respect to my Grandfathers brother who died in Germany as a POW,my Grandfather who served in the airforce in WW2,my grandmothers brother who battled the Japs in the Pacific.
Old Gaf who i used to have a beer with ever friday night who did his time on the Burma railway.My mate Greeny who is flying blackhawks in Afganistan.
And my father inlaw who fought in the jungle of Vietnam and is still fighting that war today.
Its a day where i reflect and honor those who have served our country,and pay upmost respect to those young men and women wearing our uniform today.
Lest we forget.
