i missed em all this year due to a number of lame excuses,but i’m gonna get back into em in 2011.
usually do the 4 hr ironman.Bloody hard work but fun.

“Yeharr hill” at Nundle is an amusing bitch
You have to start with a run up flat out and hit the lip (which has a nice little tree root which can bring you undone)if you sucessfully get over this bit, the climb the rest of the way is very difficult and exhausting.
Haven’t seen anyone yet make it all the way to the top without stopping,falling or crying. :laugh:
Best part is that everyone can sit there and watch some monumental F$%@ ups :woohoo:As Mr Boon is showing us now :cheer: at the start.
