Thanks EAGLE you are a legend. Just got back myself its a wonder we didn’t cross paths . I was moaning about not getting

time to test ride the bike loaded and do a prerun to bucketty to the little lady this morning and she suggested today every

thing else can wait . So I spent some time getting my gear to gether and strapped to the bike and go away about 11.30.

Found the spot you’ve mentioned , will take me 90 minutes to get there from Singo taking it slow so maybe a 5 to 5.15

start from this end to meet at 7am but all good.

Bike does handle a little different when loaded seems to move around it the back end a bit , maybe just tyre

Giday kram . Ive discuss this with a few people with varied response. 15-41 is standard but after talking

with vince strang i changed the rear to 44 which is great for slow tight stuff but revs a bit to hard at high

speed. Went back to standard 15-41 when i fitted new chain and sprockets and carry a 14 in the tool bag

for the tight stuff , only takes a few minutes to change . thats my 2c worth

What leds did you fit to the 690 eagle , I was looking on ebay last night and CREE LED claim
to light up reflectors at 1 klm . Maybe a new headlight is the go and be done with it , less
weight . Adventure moto has a bulb upgrade might check that out

Might have to get some more candles for the front of the DR for that start
eagle but all good its time I did something with it anyway.

Giday CrOw3 that can be frustrating, had a similar problem a few years ago buying a nuvi 310 on line

I didn’t check sellers feedback till I was have problems a month later this was when I realised something

was wrong. Unable to register my new $500.00 Garmin . After some time I was able to get a phone no

for Garmin and try direct aproach, they told me a container of goods had been stolen and my new

GPS unit was part of that container so I backed away very quickly .

Just bought a disc over the counter to update later on .

Montana 650t is good unit , bought it on line to but from a reputible company this time.

Picking up wot your’e putting down there boulder , I work 250km from my shed & only get to see it 3-4 days a fortnight,

every man needs his shed so after 14 years Im going to move my shed THIS YEAR { just the content} and all the

projects I’ve been putting off can be attended to . Carn’t wait , the little lady will become a shed widow but she’ll get

over it.
