It was a great day on the trails once we got going hey Aaron. What was the comment, “wouldn’t have this problem if Yamaha brought out a fuel injected WR”.

    Buzz

I’m not totally sure you have not taken that comment out of context Buzz.
I would only have one bike(If they brought out a EFI WR 450F )thus would only been able to service one,not two bikes which I have been shown to be incapable of. But anyway I’m never going to redeem myself especially in this thread so I going to get the lube out and grin and bear it. :( I need cheering up I might post some vids of Boll and Buzz having some difficulty :woohoo: Yeah that will make me feel better and maybe some seropax and Beer!!! :silly:

That will make us all happy “rags“,,get to it mate

I have had the DRZto 160 using this standard gearing before.

We couldnt get more than 145 on dirt at the Condo out of a more modified DR than yours, check your speedo mate maybe like my Tenere one which is more than 10% out reads 165 at 150 on the GPS  Maybe your grips heaters are upsetting the electronic speedo  :P

    TB

157 to be exact, thats the reading off the hyabusa idling along next to me ,I wasnt gunna look anywhere but at the blurry bits straight ahead, on our private test track of course and yes it was down hill,,a long hill.
and no I wont be doing it again :(

I just put the standard gearing on, 14/47,, I run 14/50 in the bush, I just google earthed out route for saturday and its windy dirt road for most the way, so 120kph wont be getting done to often, I have had the DRZto 160 using this standard gearing before.
