    .

Fat lotta good if you are out riding with someone on a XR or the likes that doesn’t have a battery ;)

thats true,,but the NRMA should be able to help..My main concern is breaking the starter button
When I bought the Suzuki, I had no idea of the terrain i would be riding it in, Once i joined Old Bulls the dirt bike oyster just opened up. I have on several times considered changing bikes to a more single purpose,,but bugger me dead if the Narny just keeps on impressing me with its ability to carry a very inexperienced rider out of the scrub, ride after ride, so I might as well just keep her and throw the blingy bits at her. maybe not to krusty1s extent but just things like a kick start, brakes and softer suspension, (i felt a bump last ride) :woohoo:

I have to loosen my guards off to even get the tank brackets to sit in the right place, would be a pain if I drowned the bike,.

how hard is it to bolt that long range tank on Krusty, how do you get the bolts to line up and take, Mine standard one is a pain in the arse to get the bolts in with the force rad guards, put it back on yesterday following a intense clean up.
Yah DRZ is looking mighty fine ,,be looking forward to see it at nabiac.

check the wire connections on the wires that come out of the regulator. the offending ones will be up near the seat, put a multimetre on the battery before you touch them and see if its charging, then clean the connections or even change them for after market connectors. and the put the multi metre back on and it should show its charging,,,should be problem solved,,

I have modified the standard case saver that goes around the front sprockety thingy, and I am looking at putting on those ones that stop the gear/brake thingo from going through the magnesium side cases.
I recon I have been plain lucky so far that I havent trashed a case or two.

Ok so what date in feb lets make it worthwhile with regard to working on the run to the cells but aim to have a stop for a cool down at a few rivers along the way. You have the Riumuka map and we could get house over for a few beers and try and follow the gps he has. We neeed to make the trip worthwhile so maybe leave from Riumuka or stones crossing. Get all the boys to come for a 2011 cherry buster

I will be popping my 2011 cherry on 5th feb going over to nabiac, we will make it 2 weeks after that??????
Post it up in the ride thread,

smart arse..I hope your chickens turn into Emus and kick your shit house down,,,,,fencing wire for a kick start ,, thats gold… :woohoo:
