First of all thanks Mick for organising such a great ride,
Snowy09 and I departed tamvegas Friday morning and set sail for dirt bike heaven, commonly known as cells.Due to the amount of water running through the creeks we pulled into Apsley falls for a look.
We made camp about 11.30 and shortly after Damus turns up,
so we went for a ride, I knew where there were some old trails that needed some exploring so of we set.not all trails where clear sailing .
Bollocks and Aaron fronts up at some god forsaken hour and we sat around the fire having the odd beer and Bourbon.
The ring of knowledge was small but powerful that night, (I have to stop having these Friday session)
Saturday dawned and the sky was blue, the air was crisp and there was the sound of a 650 echoing through the forest, Ohh the tranquillity. Sure enough it was the mayor of Wauchoppy tearing up the trails on his way to come for a ride. Dam he look cold when he got off his bike , so we jammed a brew in his hand and lent him some warmth from our fire, Geez where nice people.
Not long after Mick stopped shivering and could feel his fingers,PEP turns up.
Bikes were prepped and we where off, We had no plan, so I set off in the general direct of east? Or was that west, for argument sake we will say it was south.
End of the first tight single, I done a head count, yep 7 people so off I went at lightning speed straight up another awesome single, I gets to the top of this narly hill and then realise I was alone. Back to the start I toddled only to find 3 of the blokes sitting there like shags on a rock, apparently Bolls lost his Go Pro.
We set off after they found it and rode some really neat trails; we got to have a break when the 250 decided it had, had enough for a while. The mechanical minded people in the group attacked and before long she was all good.
We just kept turning down anything that slightly resembled a trail, talk about have a ball.
Some of the trails were shit but most were just awesome.
We gets back to camp, Mick ,PEP and Damus left for home, The remaining super hero’s decided to attack what is now known as the Kokoda trail,before heading to an area known to have phone service.
Sunday seen plans being made for the infamous cappuccino run, We headed off only to be slowed by my 400 running out of electricity, fuse replaced and where off. We even done the touristy thing around the gold digging areas. Out to the main road for a transport section when I notice Bollock standing on his pegs and then all of a sudden his bouncing along the road like a dam buster bomb.
Snowy and I stop, to find Bolls laying in the gutter, we looked at each other and said shit he landed laying on his back pack, how can we go through his wallet now.
It took a while for him to come good,well kind of good, we rode wingman for him all the way back to camp, threw the bikes on the utes and left.Thanks to all for making it a fantastic weekend,(get well soon Bolls).

i have just got off the phone to Stevos missus…no wonder he looked like he was in pain while i was there…his spleen actually burst while i was talking to him, apparently :ohmy: …i was ushered out cause he was in so much pain…and apparently they rushed him into emergency surgery just after i left…….bloody hell (ummmm..did i cause that??…i tried to be serious so he wouldn’t laugh..oh dear..). :ohmy:
