Hey boony.. yeah went to 15/44 I think I may try a 42.. for $48 it is worth finding that gearing your happy with.. I don’t like to over rev me engine so I will gear so she can sit on 120 kph like stock sits on 90 kph..

I think long term I will make 15/44 my permanent setup..

will that tall of a gearing hurt the clutch????

15/44 for the bush is a touch tall isnt it????

    Hey Boony,

I had a ride booked for this weekend, but it has been moved. Which means I can make this one if you have a spot for me. :)

Also if anyone has a spare bunk in a cabin let me know.

    Admin in Boonys cabin???Mmmmmm

There could be all sorts of “moderating” going on. I could let you in on all the Admin secrets. If I knew any

    I know them all anyway.

You have got a bunk in the cabin with snowy09 and me.

Krusty re-geared his DR for the corner and trialed it on the weekend and was very impressed. He ran 15 / 44

I changed the gearing on Saturday to 15/44 from 14/46 and she liked it a whole lot better.. Sweet spot was about 115 but she would take 120-125 before the revs started to concern me..

I heard him say his was going to try a 42 I think. 1st gear still seemed low enough as I saw him climb a bank to the road at the Jurds Pub easy enough

Hope that helps Boony, but I thought you were going to the corner next year but if its Birdsville can I come please please please

    TB

might have to get some cheap gearing and give it a go???
talked to the ride organiser yesterday and he was talking birdsville instead of the corner.

inlight of hearing that some bulls are travelling out west I thought I would research the building of the great “dog fence”,

This is why they built it, to keep these things away from NSW apparently, these thins run around everywhere around the camerons corner vicinity so the myth goes,Mmmmm
