It has been decided after some discussion (just then  ) Friday night will be at the RSL as per usual due to growing numbers 😆 , pick up from the farm stay by the courtesy bus (time to be confirmed) maybe around 5 – 5.30 to give people traveling time to get there. Dinner at the RSL and the bus will return you to the farm stay later that evening.

    TB & Mick ;)

Now thats a plan Jan :cheer:

Just wondering what the vegan and celiac options will be for lunch?

Toby, you, Boags and Choko are chefs, so we thought you could do the finger food as well as man the BBQ.

Well i was thinking of some beluga caviar, King Island triple cream brie, choc dipped strawberries and maybe some melba toast and salmon pate. We may need to raise the lunch cost to $60-$70 per person.

Fossil, were going on a bike ride not a date   pie and beer will do 😆 😆 😆 😆

Whats the plan for the shuttle bus from Micks shed to tea then back to the shed then out tom the farm stay on friday night.????? ;)

Boony you will need to get yourselves into Micks after 4.30pm we will have a shed gathering and BBQ with finger foods etc sausage sandwiches etc until about 8.30 – 9.00 when those needing a ride will have to walk down to the RSL and get the free bus. Or one non drinker can ferry you all back

Hows that? Doesn’t matter because that’s the deal

    TB

can we pull micks 650 to pieces for something to do when we are invading his privacy.

your deal with walking to the club and getting the free bus is a top idea,,
that`ll mean we will have to have a drink at the club(bugga :( )so they will drive us home.Tea at the club sat night is it????? :P

one of my mates was there pit crewing(not for the pro s) said the ktm tent had engines waiting ready to swap ?shano my old riding buddy got 26 place and first in his class again ktm300 reckon he done well have not seen him for years

Grabbo’s cracked a piston maybe they changed the others because of that. I know when we were out there in 2008 we heard Wonka’s 505 had lunched at least one engine before the race

Its only 440kms in total would have thought a engine could hold together for that distance

Funny thing is people bag Honda for changing engines once in the Safari (every front running team does there) its a 8000km event.

    TB

the way I read it, they didnt seem to think their bikes had the required reliability to complete the entire 440k race?????????
