Mick turn your day around,,take control young man,,
When I get bored and I have work expierence kids I always send them to our workshop for a longwait, the guys down there make them sit for ages and then tell them to come back and let me know they dont have a longwait, I then send them back and tell them to tell the w/s boys to weld 2 shorttwaits together and make a longwait..Gives me about 2 hours of enjoyment. as for the elbow,,cement will help that :woohoo:

Also looks like some sort of composite frame material too, has it still got the weak headstem and funny steering, although as you said it has a vast improvement on PDS in the rear…..
