Cheers for the info.

you know I have never been asked about my helmet?? they probably see the sticker and dont bother??
I actually welcome the sight of the police doing patrols in the bush it helps keep the riff, raff under control. An example of what I mean is that racing quad at the stop we had on the Dr Jurds ride, ,, as mentioned, rego and license and all should be good. I even put small indicators on the narny and I am looking at a fold down mirror, to keep legalish..

Gday young fella, I think we could give you a hand with the riding drought your going through. leave it with us and we`ll see what we can do..
it your dt 200 that 2 banger with the pink front disc cover I see running around town??
I actually got my aus post hydration pack for last years fathers day. so 12 months, old plenty of rides and no problems yet.they have heaps of pockets and even a mesh storage area which I use to store my spare tube in, I personally am happy with the performance of them, I`m sure the dearer brands offer more bladder space and storage but 2 litres of water lasts as long as a tank of fuel does for me so if i need to pack fuel for a ride I also pack water and fill both the bike tank and the back pack at the fuel stops, or buy water at the servo I get the fuel at.nd I carry the bear minimum in the way of trail food and repair tools, remembering the narny has that handy toolbag on the rear guard.
the aus post ones have a handy phone pouch that attaches to the straps that I put my phone in for photos, rode nundle in the psssing down rain once and the phone stayed dry..2.5 cents worth.

See here for further info.
So that’s only 24Kg difference or an extra 21% of the Kato’s mass again. Make the $5K seem any better?
3 services to 1 would that be a fair comparison say between a DRZ and a KTM ? at how much per litre for good oil and filters, not to mention comuting the 15 ks to work each day through the week and then take the mirrors of and still be able to go all the places the registered racing bikes can go on the weekend and yeh the $5k difference does seem pretty good to me.
my bad on the wieght difference for some unknown reason I had 119kgs in my head,,are well you get that.
what are you whinging about, you service your goat 3 times a week:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
yeh but i dont use good oil on her//
