they are a rectangle of inch square tubing made big enough to drop in the front of your trailer, so it wont slide around, with channels welded in place….presto.

i just looked on ebay as there is usually 1 or 2 on there but no cigar.

this way you dont have to drill holes in the trailer.

My budget set up uses a piece of gal purlin at the front to hold the wheel straight works fairly well.
If you had a matching piece where the rear wheel sits it would be better.Then you could run a long channel and bolt the gate up if youve only got a 6×4, try second hand building supplies they are good for odd stuff.

My DRZ now rides proudly in my 7×4 box trailer, all i did was welded 2 U bolts at the front,,1 each side, and then when I put my home made fork saver in , I just have to mover the rear to one to shut the tail gate, without the fork saver it fits neatly in the trailer,,I havent had any drama yet.
I didnt put any chanel in to hold the wheel as the tie downs should not let it move and a quick rope around the rear wheel to the trailer fixes that end,,
