Juat an update with the Washougal. To date I am very happy with the performance of this tyre. I have covered around 700Km’s on it now with plenty of hard pack riding and a fair few road Km’s too.

The tyre grips consistently well in all conditions and also has a great wear rate. I still have plenty of knob left (yes I know very funny) albeit they are a bit rounded. I intend to use this tyre for the Pony Express that I will compete in on the 14th June I am that happy with it.

Apparently they also make good necklaces as as I am typing this my wife is sitting at a railway station 4 hrs away wearing a washougal necklace:laugh:as they wouldnt let her put in with luggage. Glad you gave it a good report Moto as thats what I will riding with next ride (mind you it wouldn’t be hard to beat the Mitas I have on now:unsure: )

90ks through nundle state on my new washougalsticky) and i must say that i can only give it a wrap,, corners i was having trouble with using the v rubber were not an issue with my new washougal , and it made me feel more confident.so far it is alright, spose ,,watch this space
