I have no doubt DanD will master the 450 before then. I just hope that I can perform OK on the WR. I had a big stack yesterday doing between 50-60kms and it shook my confidence just a little. Thankfully the armour did it’s job well and I walked away from it with very little injuries considering the force that I hit the ground and the distance that I landed away from the bike (just a burn mark on my elbow from the inside of the armour rubbing on it). I do love the WR though. Heaps better than the TTR250.

You are going to love the nundle ride,, I took a person with us on sunday that is a bit timid in the riding department and he made it every where we went, even if he needed assistance he still got there, there are trails you can sit on your bum and just enjoy the day, and theres ones that you will need to teach that WR 250 whos boss,

how about you leave the falling off to me and menace and stay upright,,
This ride will be awsome.

How good is that armour stuff/knee guards. I officially love mine lol

Ive got to do a couple more reccy rides just to pick some more trails for the ride..

but hey were getting there slowly.

It will be wet under foot greg ,,It very rarly dries out, but when it rains you just sit on top and spin,, fun for the first 5 ks then it gives you the sh!ts.

Oh I forgot to mention trail 1 boony 0 with in the first 2 ks,

some of those logs where slippery on the single coming out of paddys fire trail werent they. I hear what your saying about being in 4th and gunning it only to have the old girl bark up and actually go slower.
Those creek crossings are a ball but how slippery was that black soil on the creek track.

As I was saying at the berry patch I have concerns with some of the hill climbs and down hillers on the way to and from the berry patch with some of the riders coming, the alternate route is 30something ks.
only got photos of the berry patch and a battery change between the 2 TTRs. did you get good GPS coverage??
