I recon If it cant be ridden on the road legally IE rego, it has no place in the bush,,as for unregoed bikes thats what moto cross tracks and clubs are for…. B)

Formed or non formed roads is BS. 9 out of 10 times you need to do a transport section to get to a single any way..
registerable dirt Bikes this day and age are that good there they are almost equivelent to their moto cross cousins. So there really should be no reason for anyone riding an unregoed bike in the bush. If you cant afford a registerable bike ride on the moto cross tracks.

    Boony,,pre beer on a Friday arvo.:( :( :( :(

It will need plating somehow as a welded crack just cracks again. Without pics its hard to know.

yeah my farmer brain is telling me to plate it , but a bike frame is a bit different to planters or chisel ploughs that I do most welding on, so wasnt sure

I am a farmer as well. Know what you mean.

do yah recon you should dove tail the plating to add more bite to the weld??

as normal ,,I`m too lazy to go back and read the whole thread, but I think the jist is that some times people request the no-one uses a gps on a ride,,, very hard one to police ,,as I have just become the proud owner of a HTC phone,, dont need GPS, got maps, never need a gps. ( cars)
