Hey rebore450, Goggle man or lazer eye surgery everything else sucks!! I have just ordered a set from Goggle man and will let you know how I go. I have not tried the safty glasses so cant comment. If lazer comes down a bit in price that will be my next move.
Put me down for a night out on Thursday and I will see if I can get a couple more along.
Happy Birthday mate, hope you had a great day and a nice piece of cake to go with your rum.
Friday arvo and I was in a bad frame of mind had a s#@t day and was thinking about a mate of mine who has ridden more k’s around this country than anyone I know and is now fighting a horrible disease. I went on OB’s and saw that the boys were doing a ride from Wauchope to Gloucester, so I sent TB a text and finished my glass of red and went to the shed to swap tanks on the Banana.
Saturday morning up at 230 and on my away by 250 forgot how cold it is at that time of day!! Met the boys at micks at 7.00 and had the best coffee thanks Mick.
We jump started the Tenere because TB would’nt accept a tow from a Banana even though the Yamaha has a hitch at the front made for the job and off we went on our wauchope to Gloucester adventure!!
Mick and Moose showed us around there back yard and we rode some really good dirt roads and saw some great countryside with a few water crossings thrown in to test our boots.
Brunch at Gingers creek and then off to ride some more good roads before we parted company with the Wauchope boys in a small town outside the pub with no beer!! cant remember the name of the place but thanks guys for a great day.
Our adventure continued on our way home with Jeffro’s Banana spitting the dummy and having to be left at a property for collection at a later date.
Jeffro kept TB nice and warm on the trip home from here as he tested the tenere’s rear shock!
A great days riding with some great company as always with Old Bulls.
891 K’s on the clock for the day and the Banana didnt complain once!!Thanks guys, My over 50’s card came in the mail today I am now a fully paid up member

TB put the word out mate, you may be able to do a bulk buy!! I will give a mate of mine Craig Hartley a ring he may be able to put us on to a deal!!
Sorry I cant make it down for a ride with my southern cousins!! But I am pleased Mal has stepped up to the plate and will look after the big fella. I am really pissed as I was looking forward to this one  Hope to come down as soon as my knee is fixed up and ride the high country
Menace thanks for all your efforts mate and I hope you all have a great Kenda Rally!! :woohoo:What a top weekend, great trails good company and the Bull s%#t was hot by the camp fire even if Tiny did’nt s%#t in Micks swag!!
If you have never organised a ride with 20 plus riders all of varioius skill levels and on different machines not to mention weather or many other unforseen circumstances then you will never understand the work that goes into such a event for very little reward.
My most memorable Moments.
1, Arriving to such a good turn out of Old Bulls
2, The ever smiling always happy support crew Tiny, Lotsa, and Bubba without whom this ride would not been possible.
3,A great Saturday ride with the A group.
4, The ring of knowledge around the camp fire and all the great prizes handed out that our fantastic sponsors had supplied.
5 Crash getting the Old Bull of the year award could’nt have gone to a nicer bloke he is a shining example of what Old bulls is all about and a very worthy winner.
6, Rididng with the B group on Sunday a great group of people, kat girl riding the grade three hill followed closely by Scott on the big V storm who made it look easy!! Scott I hope you did’nt think I doubted your riding ability when I said you should think twice about attempting that hill it was the ground clearance that i was worried about but you soon proved that was not an issue!! A true Old Bull.
7, Mick and Moose always smiling and happy to be riding different terrain
8, Fish picking me up for work at 4.30 am with his wrist in plaster and a big grin on his face when he said what a great weekend, old Bulls know how to put on a top ride.
9, Meeting some new Old Bulls and putting a few faces to names.
Thanks to mal5.1 for all his efforts in linking all the trails with TB.
To Kram hope you get better soon mate and get back in the saddle soon!! missed you round the camp fire.
Finaly thanks to all the Moderators who put so much work in behind the scenes and to Chris for being such a computer nerd and giving so much of his time to keep the site up and running.
To TB and his GPS brain that manages to link up tracks never mind if we are riding the Watagans , Orange , Hill end or the Turon!!
I am truly gratefull to be a part of such a great group of people and long may we continue to ride together. :woohoo:Hey Bubba, Thanks for all your help this weekend mate, hope you get a bike soon and can enjoy it from the saddle!! Welcome to Old Bulls
Thats great news, They are a top product made in Australia and out last any sprocket I have ever bought.
