Hey, what a soft c*%k never even got out of first gear!!
Was that $7.50  Tell him he’s dreaming
I bought one too, Secure site have used before.
Looks like a Dual chamber fork cap different to cartridge fork. The ktm chamber fork tool would be the go and would’nt be too expensive would it?
Bad luck Mal and crew, A great effort you cant plan for bad luck just look forward to the next one guys!!
Good luck Mal and crew, stay upright and enjoy!!
All looking good Crash.” Proper preparation prevents a piss poor performance” The hard work is done mate, so enjoy the Condo and good luck.
I will have a look at the exploder and see if I can calm her down a bit for this ride
If not I can get one from Yakka :blush:I have a Yoshimura pipe and header on my DRZ it came with the bike when i bought it. If I would have bought one it would have to be Staintune full system they are Aussie made and good quality, Tony Kirby built a DRZ and WR for the Safari and he swore by them. But theres lots of good aftermarket pipes out there we are spoilt for choice nowdays. If you buy Australian made you normally get good after sales support and something made for our conditions.
I would run it around the block and change the oil, use a cheaper oil for this as all you are doing is flushing the motor, Do this about three times then ride it as normal could have no prob’s and keep going as normal. If you have to pull it down then you will have to rebuild anyway not much to lose really. Sooner or later motor will have to be refreshed anyway!!
This arvo I peddled about 35k’s on the exercise bike
I must say it is helping the knee I can get about 75% range know and its getting stronger every day
Had three glasses of red with dinner and the last bit in the bottle is calling
Arrived Friday morning at about 5.30 at Micks place to find everyone gearing up for the ride!!
The weather was looking good and so we met at Moose’es place for the big off. Thanks to Mick and Moose for taking us on some great tracks and we got to ride just about every type of trail imaginable, this ride had everything including some nice big bog holes!! It was really nice to put some faces to names of old bulls I have’nt met yet.
It was very slippery in places and the riding was a bit of a challenge but very enjoyable, this is about when I had a little off and my knee came off second best!! Good job I had my Asterisk knee braces on or things could have been a lot worse.
Thanks also to Ollie for taking us on some really nice single trails that i would love to do again one day. I am really sorry that I could not ride sat and sun I was really looking forward to rider x’s ride as I had a great time last year but it was not to be.
A big thanks to Jeffro for sweeping all day and for helping an old cripple on with his bike Sat morning. I had some x’rays taken on sat and it seems I have a hairline fracture of my shin bone and some ligament damage to my knee but the new Asterisk braces have payed for themselves already and I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them.
Thanks to all for a great ride and a happy Birthday to mick I hope I can make the next oneHey TB, Tell them you want a Nice sandstone fence and we will do a deal!!
Have a look here Eagle, How to with pics!!
