Spoke to the guys at Teknik today, they are going to customise the valves that are in the the standard fork to suit the new springs. Re valve and shim is $269.00
New springs to suit riders weight $189.00 Total cost $458.00 3 day turn around.
He said i will not believe the difference this work will make to the bike!!:huh: I will let you know how it goes.

Hey Boony, my forks are going to teknik this week for respring and revalve will let you know how i go. Cost $485.00 or $220 if you just do springs.

Hey austblue, I know this wont help you now but when i did my sump we layed the bike over and pushed a rag up the sump and then drilled and tapped the sump hole very carefully removed the rag fitted helicoil and sump plug stood the bike up and all was good. Cant help with the ball there is one on the kickstarter but you havent removed that so cant be that one. Hope you find where it lives, good luck.
