Marine greese will do the job, it will be ten times better than the stuff that comes from the yamaha factory!! first time i did mine on the 426 i could’nt believe how little greese there was in there. If you pack them well you shouldnt have to go there again for some time.

Raise bike on stand so you can fit a 4×2 under front wheel. Take steering head nut off, grab front wheel and lift and take out 4×2 wheel on ground exposes lower bearing check and repack with greese.take top bearing and seal out,grab wheel lift back up and place 4×2 under wheel, check repack top bearing and replace seal, replace steering head nut and washer and your done.

I would love to TB but i am away for 4 weeks 4wd in june and only have two weekends left to get ready as i am riding on the caves ride one of those weekends. I am sure you will get an old bull to put there hand up mate!!

Chaingang still do sporkets 139.00 they are really good quality and outlast most. I have used them with success in the past and will replace my standard one with a chaingang soon. http://www.chaingang.com.au

Well Boys and Girls your in for a treat on this caves ride, some realy sweet trails!!
A warning from this “Brass monkey” make sure you pack something warm!! And if your boots let in water your going to have very cold feet, but it will be worth it i promise you :woohoo:
Drz’s dont need tows!! just a push now and again We felt it our duty while on this pre ride to check out the bar meals and beer at the pub and i am pleased to report it was all good!! The things we do for you guys.
