Good heavy duty tube and a pump!! “Toughen up”,a puncture gives you time to stop and smell the roses!! And they dont happen that often if your running heavy tubes and the right tyre pressures.:laugh:

Been there done that!! Standing on corneres with the yellow flag on a hot sunday shouting encouragement and getting covered in dust!! Now the little bugger uses me as traction on the hills!!
