If you are still wondering what to do, I purchased a Ballards lowering link for my WR450 some time ago. It is extremely easy to fit, comes with bushes, bearings and seals. Dropped the seat by 40mm. It has made all the difference for me. I also lowered the forks in the clamps by 12mm. The bike actually tracks and rides better now I reckon. Cost new is $269. Check out ebay. They come up from time to time. Also check out http://www.ballards.cc Page 58 in latest catalogue. Hope it helps.

Hi Teza. Menai has changed alot in the last few years. I still enjoy riding out there. I have a question regarding this site. How do people contact me outside this site? Is it appropriate to post my mb no? Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Marty. Thanks for the reply. Actually looked at Sunny Corner on the www and the area appeals to me so I am certainly interested. Very keen on anything wet or dry. Cheers Budge

Hi crash. Yep, I’d heard there were a few members out this way. Early Sunday morn rides are great. Usually when I go out with my son and his mates, its about 10am before they even surface from the previous night, so the area is getting busy and there are too many idiots around. Let me know when then itch needs scratching! Cheers Budge
