Awesome news that! Well done!
Keep on keeping one both of you.unless you can get one for reasonably cheap I wouldn’t bother. Remembering the ‘R’ was last made 10 years ago now. So unless you want 100% original and you’re going to get genuine honda $ $ I would by-pass it all together and go for something like a Trail Tech: Endurance II, Vapor, Striker or Voyager.
Worth a thought.

No sparky buy any means but what sort of charger are you using? I’ve been using a Ctek charger for The AGM battery in Han’s TTR and it that little motobatt seems to kick the bike after sitting for months. They also apparently “condition” ( ) the battery, might be worth a look. They are quite often on special from repco
Any more for any more?
Happy Birthday, I hope you get to spend it in the shed
… I mean with the family

XR Pilot, aka Motopacker, is off again. After cooling his heels waiting for the end of the wet season on the Atherton tablelands he’s back on the throttle (not that he ever stopped, clocking-up some 5000km of trails alone). Sounds like Atherton is a bit of a haven for dirt bikes. So drop in and have a look at
Say g’day or just have a look at some of the pics.
Stay up-right Brogan!
