We did offer Boll a 50c coin as a replacement. It would have had better teeth than what he turned up with. His bike was making a god awful racket but he did make it up all the hills.
Bolls comment was, “I’ve got a spare one at home, just waiting for this one to wear out before I change it”.

I’d be surprised if there wasn’t some form of pre warming though as without it it is very hard to keep the engine anywhere near operating temperature. Whatever is down the engine temperature would be controlled at around normal temps.
Looks like rain for most of the day.
Do the BBQ’s at sheba work under water.
Looks like a safety glasses day boys. Don’t bother with the goggles.
You’re a genius Nick. Just finished bike prep for tomorrows foray into the wet sloppy hills of Nundle. Found a very loose conection on the positive terminal of the fuse box. Simple fix but not something I would have looked for without prompting.
I think I owe you a beer for every time the button works after a stall on the side of a slippery hill. I just hope I can afford it as other old bulls will be there to count them.
At the risk of being shot down for being ignorant. Besides the fairing stuff how much difference is there between a NX650 and a XR650.
Is this going to be a last man standing event Boll. Do you have to be crying before assistance is given.
Just had a look on the 2011 ride calander and there is a high country ride listed for early april. Is this ride replacing that or is it still likely to be on.
Congratulations Boony. Well Done.
I am already imagining the delibirations that are going to be undertaken this time next year when it is your turn to choose. It will be an entertaining time.
PS. Boll told me he is swinging past your place on Sunday to pick you up so make sure the bike is ready.
Blues out.
So just to clarify.
1) Where can I meet you at Nundle (longer for me to go through Tamworth)
2) We are still doing the BBQ lunch thing after the ride (BYO everything)I figure 9am Nundle should be about right to fit in. If you want me earlier or different time let me know.
Boll,
Might recieve a bit of moisture on Sunday.

Less chance up in the hills than Tamworth at this stage.
Hope that new tyre of mine handles the mud.
No news on Blue yet. Will let you know.
Thanks Nick,
Might check the fuse carrier. I had it out the other day when I had to replace the rear air box plastics. Hadn’t thought about it before but it seems more than a coincidence that one thing happens after the other.
Nice work
Neat track would be fun. Starting procedure needs tightening up though. Love the climb up to the crowds. Can’t see the tights wearing brigade being too happy about the marks on their track though. Hope that stadium was well ventilated with the roof closed.

Quote:yep its a ride park but if you get the numbers will they close the gatesTramo, it’s not your average bike park mate. They only take one or two groups at time max and even then that is only if both groups agree to share. You book first and say you don’t want to share it is all yours for the weekend.
It’s not like the rest where it is open slather until bursting at the seams.
So the answer is if I book for Old Bulls it is only us. Looking up dates now. Just waiting to hear back.
Man that looks tough. Like you say, not only do you have to hold the leg up but you actually have to turn into the bend a bit as well not just lean. Then if you turn in too much down you go. One things for sure you can certainly get a concentrated form of cornering practice in a short space.

I’m keen to do an Old Bull’s weekend but thought there seemed to be a lot of rides on at the moment and didn’t want to step on others toes. January is out as already pretty much booked as far as I know. Maybe late February or March.
