Thanks everyone for the kind words.
For myself this has been a massive weekend. I can’t remember the last time I felt so tired and sore. I have enjoyed the whole weekend. I’m very sorry about the back tracking and the stop start nature on Friday’s ride. I hope I made up for it on yesterday’s and today’s rides.
For me the highlight of the weekend was seeing a certain Kato 250 being loaded onto the trailer and the rider climbing onto a WR 450 for the afternoon session and to see him secretly enjoy riding it was hillarious . Don’t worry Boony the Yamaha shop has plenty in stock :woohoo:
Thanks Snowy for all the planning that you did in the lead up to this weekend and all the support work that you did.
Thanks Boony,Damus, House and Aaron for leading and sweeping all weekend.
And lastly to everyone that came and rode. You guys are the ones that made this weekend rock and a great success and I hope to see you back here next year.

I have used syringes before with no success, so I splashed out and bought a vacuum pump designed to bleed brakes and it works a treat. I loaned it to Aaron to bleed a brake on a Kato 65 he was having trouble bleeding and it worked a treat again. I think it cost me about $90-00, but it payed for it self already by not having to pay my local mechanic to do it. Hope this helps.

I agree with you Scott. No one would be able to afford to put everything everyone would want in a shop and have it there just in case . Can you imagine having around $200,000 worth of stock sitting on the shelf when you can have just about anything freighted in overnight if you are willing to pay the freight. I mean I recently ordered in a couple of unusual parts from my local dealer on the Monday and they rang me to say the parts were in on the Wednesday. Just put a good selection of the popular products on the shelf.

The Murphs, Thrillseeker, Dude, Ktmrules and Co are the OBT extreme Kings.

Not according to Facebook mate I understand that a few 4 letter words were directed towards you, but as TB said it was a good write. Should make for an interesting article later on in trailzone maybe.

Hey TB, I carry a small piece of rag soaked in truck wash that I’ve put in a resealable sandwich bag. Use it as many times as you like. Just rue soak it when it starts to dry out. I put a new tyre on the son’s bike last weekend and it beaded up around 15 psi.

Not long got home from helping Bol and Andy mark out Bol’s new track he calls MURPH’S HORN which is now ready to be christened next Sunday by everyone. It has a good mix of steep inclines, rocks and logs, so I hope everyone enjoys it. Both Bol and Andy took photos and I think Andy took some video of the climb.
We also marked out another section of this trail that we will work on over the next few months. So hope fully this section will be open for everyone’s enjoyment soon.
Thanks Bol and Andy for the afternoon.
