gady Dan. My forks seals went all he time on the 07 wr. a trick i learned after installing seals was to pump the forks up and down a few times before nipping up the axle and lock nuts. it seemed to set the forks in place and i diddnt have any other dramas, apart from it being stolen!!
But ive got a brand spanker 09 wr now so we’ll see how she goes!

you feel so bloody helpless when this kind of thing happens. As im on exercise in Hobart, my girl was staying at home by herself, poor thing was beside herself when she popped out to see why the shed was half open at 6 in the morn! im just thankful it was only the shed and not the house while she was still inside!

As for those who chain thier bikes, i had TWO bikes chain/locks one on each end, with a bike cover in a locked shed with a car in the drive.
If they want it, they’ll get it.

Thankfully i have a great landlord who has since installed a tough deadbolt, as well as one of those roller door lock down do-hicky jobs. This will certainly prompt me to put one of those bolt to floor locking points in when i can afford a new bike…hopefully insurance covers!
