Good news Chris and a huge turn around on the cholesterol. What’s your secret for that?

teza as you know I had a heart attack 5 weeks ago, all going good now, 2 weeks till I can ride again with docs blessings, I have to be extra careful, I bruise easy and bleed a lot due to the meds I am on and risk of internal bleeding if I have a big off is greater than before. But I have given up a lot to make sure I have a long and healthy life but dirtbikes is not one of them, there is risk everywhere and you cannot live your life in a sumo suit, as much as your mrs would like you to, My Mrs is encouraging me to ride because she knows that I am much happier after a ride and get cranky if I can’t ride for a long period of time. Tell your mrs it is your marriage counselling we all need time away from the family to de-stress, spend some time with the boys, talk shit, drink beer etc, and I think it makes for a better relationship with your mrs, some time apart is good, you know absence makes the heart grow fonder blah blah,, What I would do is do a couple of really easy rides to start, once she she’s your home safe and sound a couple of times hopefully she will start coming around, better still grab one of my ttr125’s and get her on a bike and show her how much fun she can have, do it together     Just tell her how much better you will be after a ride and you de-stress, Just my .0000002c

    Cheers

Didnt feel right commenting before, having never met you but i guess you have had to show some restraint and patience amongst other things lately.

Good luck with it all see ya out there soon :cheer:

    Hey PTW

Being self employed[Farrier] dont really have the 4 weeks annual leave type deal :(

Its more like 4 day weekend 52 weeks a year

So short 1 or 2 night trips not usually a problem, and as for day rides i can generally palm

the horses off on to another day :woohoo:

Thanks mate, i’m in the same boat, the couple of weeks I have just had off was the first in 15 years, and I had to have a bloody heart attack to get it, whereabouts are you,

    Cheers
