Chris.Actually tried one of these last night, I think the fit is actually better than the bike shop ones, they wrap around the front a bit more so covers the whole filter and the seal as well, still ran a nice smudge of grease over the skin and all looks good.

Chris.I Like the Clarke tank at 13.6L $220 odd U.S, I’ll look for a AUS supplier and see how much it is.

Ask Tiny about no armor at the Christmas Party, looks like he had been shot by a shot gun full of buck shot lol :laugh:I copped one on saturday that came out of the side of Champo’s tyre, hit that hard sent my arm numb for 10mins, and I armor on, but hit in the part where there is no farking armor, where the rocks are trained to hit!

Quote:Took the new B&B bashplate on its first adventure today and after hearing very loud bangs at certain times I think I am glad to have finally got one. I also had a fair bit of rubbish (sticks etc) to pull out of fins in front of radiators so will have to invest in rad guards for sure:) .
Yeah I hear those rocks hit all the time I’d hate to see the damage withoug a bashplate, Ecks, just make sure you put some loctite on that bolt that holds the bash plate on. A bit of extra insurance. The bolts on the B&B that I had on the KLX were always coming loose, actually lost one.

Yes Moto, but we weren’t really happy with the way the old one worked anyway so it was a good opportunity to change it. Nearly Ready to go.
