Hey All thanks for the birthday wishes, considering what I have been through in the last year I have to say I am lucky to have made it to 41… It is a pleasure working on this site and an even greater pleasure to have met some really good people (except boony whom I’m still pissed at for not saying goodbye at sunny corner) and although I may not appear to be here much trust me I am!!!!! (That’s a riddle for you all to work out)…

Luv em reduces arm pump you can stand up all day long and take the pressure off your arms, that is the biggest plus for me. Just lean back into em and let them take your weight.
