Clarky you could make one up.

Like how you were riding as fast as you can when an Orange blur went past you with the sound of a log cutters chainsaw at full noise. Distracted by the noise and by the amount of debris thrown up, you failed to see Mal5.1 on the track going as fast as he can. Realising that you were on a collision course with Mal5.1 and not wanting to see him cry, you swerved violently to the right and into the pines running over a tree hugger and tweaking your knee. Riding on regardless you put on a brave face for the rest of the day , only letting your guard down once you were in the shower , as like a true EMO, you only cry in the shower to hide your pain. B)

P.S. I will have enough time for B & E on the Sunday thanks mate.

    I was thinking more like:

Leasurely (but still fast) blitzing through the forest on the back wheel (minding my own business) when i start coughing uncontrollably, i look forward through this blue fog ahead and find a asthma enducing, putrid, 2 stroke. The mist gets in my eyes, chemical burns (again) my pupils , lights up my lungs like mustard gas when i am forced to drop the front wheel. Only to find that where i drop this said front wheel i find another 2 homosexual 2 stroke riders fondling each other in the mud, in an effort to get this image out of my brain i casually (still looking cool) twist my knee in order to get the smoke, smell and 2 stroke love image from my mind.

    It was well worth it.

I don’t think it is a good idea for me to attend Galey. I would love to put i have done my knee in at the Lowes mt ride. It is still giving me dramas. Have had it x ray’d (still waiting on results) and wouldn’t even be able to kick start the might 450 if i had to.

Best to stay off it in order to get ready for the birthday ride, although i wouldn’t mind a ride before that though.

Jeez we take on one ride and go and bust yourself.

Get an MRI mate. My Doc told me to rest for 3 weeks and see how it goes. I went to a good knee doc in Sydney, had an MRI. One ruptured ACL and a torn lateral collateral ligament thankyou very much.

Yeah i don’t even have a good crash story to go with it which is the best part. A MRI might be on the cards Mal i will keep that in mind.

Galey, bacon and eggs? I can supply a tainted up-and-go if you like? lol

I have had an Alpinestars one for about 3 years now and it has been faultless. I throw it in the washing machine also and it has no cracks or anything. It is really comfortable for me and i forget i am wearing it. I don’t really ride in summer though and i would expect it to be pretty hot.

I cannot recommend it enough. Have not tried other brands.

Axel, just received the sprockets mate. Thank you so much for the new front. You really didn’t have to. It is very much appreciated.

Thanks all for a fantastic weekend. No dramas that couldn’t be overcome. Great to see some new faces as well as some old and I too am already looking forward to the next one. Sunny Corner trail bike rally will be next for me I’d say.

Sorry I had to bail Sunday morning but i was there in spirit.
