Helped cut all those tracks in ounce, many years ago for the 6day was like a highway when it was over, not to many get up there now which is a good thing i suppose, but it does lead to the tracks getting over grown. Some locals do clean them up every now and then, mostly the eastern end though.

72 hrs including 10 hrs sleep pretty crazy ride, don’t think that record will be broken for a while.
Poked out to the Batman track today via the old bulga road, cant believe i have never been on that track. The Batman track came to a locked gate couple of kays pass the Haris fire trail sign, but there was a couple of tracks off it that had possibility’s that was not on the oz topo which is normally pretty good. Tried the north link track but come to a locked forestry gate Bugger. quick run out to wo man for a roll and coffee than back through Howes. fair day, thanks Jeffro for the idea. will definitely get back out there maybe on the 690 when it arrives.
Thats good to hear, have been stewing on it for a while and finally hit the go button. now the issue is setting it up, there is a few options, with plenty of aftermarket gear available, probably need to think about exactly what i want it for
Have seen that sign many times its sparked my interest now. Jefro are you happy with your 690 , have just just ordered one
probably one of the best bikes on the market, have just sold one but will definitely buy another. Hard work in the tech stuff, but one great machine, you can annoy the shit out of sports bikes, great on the dirt, pick a destination and go
go the R mate get that 21” inch front if you are even thinking desert
Well That makes three of us, first time out of work since i was 16. Julie getting plenty of work, both boys working, I can only think of well maybe quick trip to finke, maybe simpson, or maybe a crossing ride all makes me pretty excited. But none of that pays the bills.
Bones dont worry about your age plenty of people still ride DR’S
Well said Lefty, big thanks to TB and all support crew. What about the feed at Ensay doesn’t get any better than that. Didn’t get any footage through the last day special Go pro locked up Bugger.
Sure to see all on another ride
Thanks again Cowboy
