Howdy OBTers,
Been having a brilliant trip. This morning we had Big Red all to ourselves. The beginning of the Simpson looks an amazing, beautiful and unforgiving place. The colours are amazing. It was exhilarating punching the bike up & down that big sandhill. To see all of this and the channel country with my own eyes over the past 4 days has been a dream come true. And what’s better – I’ll be seeing many more places I’ve always wanted to see (since I was a kid watching the Leyland Brothers) before next weekend.

Latest scoop – we’ll be leaving very early in the morning for Camerons’ Corner. We’ve decided to go down the Birdsville Track & take the recently re-opened Walkers Crossing route. This track has been closed for 4 or more years, so we thought – what the……. , lets do it!

We have some great footage & photos to bring home.

Tremendous effort TB.
As Wolfie said this arvo, the areas we covered varied so much, you could be forgiven for thinking you’d just ridin through about 4 or more different countries!
