Might suggest OG if you look at Dude coming down the deadhorse his elbows are in a good position, elbows up makes life a little easier. :P

Axel was rusted in but got it out. Usual problem in that the tyre wall had rubbed through the tube. She had a go so happy to fix it.

Good lesson to learn their Dickie !!
You’d be proud seeing her have a go mate B)

Don’t get me started Nickj, the young bloke did an oil filter change on his CRF250 but squashed the seal when he put it back on. After a days ride and a major oil leak instead of taking it off and looking he just tightened the bolt a bit more when he seen the oil leak. Broken bolt hmmmmm.

Mick an Paddy where over visiting one of those Asian countries and had a night on piss, as the night wore on they started feeling horny so decided to check out one of the brothels.

“for 2hrs and $50 you can have any woman you want from rooms 1 to 7 but whatever you do don’t go into room 8.” said the madam

So off they went and Mick had so much fun in room 1 he decided to try room 2, then still keen ended up visiting all the other rooms. With half hour still to go he thought, bugger it I’m gunna hit room 8.

When he got out he confessed to the madam that he could not help himself and went to room 8, “She was the best one I had all night, I pumped her so hard I could feel the rice.”

The madam said “That wasn’t rice, she’s been dead for 2 weeks” 😆

The first time I rode a bike with a steering damping (CRF450) it just felt weird and I wasn’t keen on it but came to like it. Having said that its a wicked adrenaline rush without one.

sry guys thats was work only on those prices I have the plates and gasket the $285 one said that will take about a hour so $285 with only using my parts so I think that hourly rate is a joke I agree about $80 a hour is ok but any more is a bit to rich for me

That could be a bit rich, we had the clutch plate changed on the tractor, 9 hours labour. The next time it went the wife and I changed it all in 3 hours (6hrs labour) plus about 1/2 hr turning up the guide on the lathe.

As for tension I just go for what feels good, (have a tension bar but never use it) you could always just mark the bolts and remember where they go and just tighten them back up to the same spot.

It may seem expensive going to a retailer to get the job done but have a chat to them, ask them what there rent per week is. I don’t know how some of them can survive. One auto electric guy told me he was owed $20k form clients, Very sad. The young bloke didn’t want me to put his tyre on as I might stuff it, went back to rock motorcycles and they said if you purchased it here its free. I don’t mind paying for that one off as I know I might need them in the future.

What do we do if we need one ‘approved’ before posting or should we just forget it?
