Just to clear it up I didn’t have blisters on my arse! I had a sore arse and blisters on my hands :P

It’s the grips on the 300. I had a small blister from the Basin ride the other week. Some better grips and taping my hands should do it. I didn’t get them on the 450.

Fitness is the biggest thing for the A4De for me. I will need lots of it!

Your welcome to try out ride me mate.
Yes I have thrown down the gauntlet :woohoo:.

Well I did go in search of a kick starter, but it came at a cost, had to free ball for the 2nd part of the ride  I’ll let you decide why.

    Thanks TB .
Yeah not ideal riding circumstances but my inbuilt compass hasn’t failed me yet so that’s always handy.
Pity I didn’t get the map with the compass :(.

Ah Diddel haven’t made your acquantance yet but mate top marks for being keen (3 months early keen)

How good was your find – what are the odds?

Keenness is my main attribute when it comes to riding, bike does the work for me .

The kicker is off a 4 banger by the looks as its large, but gee was the price right!

Pitty there isn’t a “better early then then never” saying…
I’m blaming climate change, seems to be doing everything else wrong .

    Will do a report now.
In hindsight I did think it was strange 20 elderly folk could sort themselves out over night for a ride .

Haven’t got the interest in camping, the gear or supplies but what would the start time be?

He give me a serving even though I was there till the end ;)

Any show down would have to be done after consuming a bottle of Turkey the night before :woohoo: That would settle him down a bit

    Cheers
    Murph

2 shots would have me out for the next day .

If you’ve got some spare time read this; http://www.dirt-bike-tips-and-pics.com/future-of-two-strokes.html.

I enjoyed it and it helped justify my long term honda hating.
    Along with being very interesting.

Whilst I do joke about maintenance my bike has always had the parts it’s needed and I did clean it, just not necessarily after every ride. Then again I used to ride every weekend for periods, not once every month or so like a lot of people.

    Jealousy.

My excuse is I’m a poor 1st year, what’s yours?

No use getting there early as you elderly gents don’t have to stamina to last all day anyway   .

    I had fun :woohoo:.

That’s it Diddel, keep ’em on their toes. :D :D

    That’s the plan..

Will be interesting if/when murph tim and I have a ride, then murph’s out numbered, he’d have to ride all day.
