How good is this bloke, I could watch him all day. I’d hate to stack the big beast and have it chase me down the track. Big bike race days. Imagine the carnage.

I can’t make Saturday’s ride. My nephew won’t be coming at all. I got your pm about Sunday so I’ll see you than.
Catch ya ….DustyG’day Murph
Yeah I like reading all about different rides and checking out the pictures too. Have a good one mate. See ya next weekend.
DustyHi Mick
The red bag on the back just had a pair of shoes and some tools and levers if I got a flat. The rest of my gear was in my backpack. When I bought the dr I wasn’t really looking to do any overnight stuff or much dirt. I was planning on just riding it to work and stuff. I got it with just under 4000 Kms on it all stocky and no bush work. It went surprisingly well though on the trip. It did not hold the other bikes on the road but they had to be doing about 140 before they got me. On the dirt it was pretty good too as I had a bit more room to move and less weight than the others. I’m now thinking of setting it up a bit better but for a couple of nights it work ok.
DustyThe top pub at Coolah.Exellent and cheap with bike lock up. Bloody oath mate.

It’s all a bit rusty so just pull down and a paint and some chrome work may do it.
Hey Mick. The old pe looks in need of a resto. I score this old dt 250 of a mate before xmas. He brought it new out at Dubbo in 81 and road it for a few years and than put in his shed out at the Ridge. It’s not missing anything toolkit included. I’m gunna do it up one day, Maybe  ….Dusty

Hope ya been keeping well mate. Looks like you are having a great time in WA. I’ll come for ride too if I’m around.See ya mate…Dusty
I got pulled over a few weeks ago coming out of the bush onto the tar. I had a mate with me and I was waiting for a gap in the traffic and along the police came. I was right there and they pulled over as soon as they saw us. I just killed the bike and took my helmet off. They saw that I was an older bloke and asked if I had rego. I told em that I did and they said cool and jumped in their car and left. I thought cool too as I don’t have blinkers and the bike was covered in mud. They didn’t even look at my plate or nothing. They were a couple of young blokes .
I think ya right there Busy223 attitude gets ya a long way. Who knows though wr450 but I reckon I would of pulled over and said g’day. Rego and licence is a must and gives you peace of mind.
DustyCareful I just spoke on the phone with him and said the same, he had a brain seizure

TB[/quote]Settle down. Don’t wish that upon him TB. I’ve had one and I’m still getting over it nearly a year on.
Looks like it’s gunna be a good weekend for riding. Sunny and dry. Me and my oldest son are gunna head out for a quick one early.
Dusty
I like the sound of my 300 2banger  espeically when it’s whisling a nice tune on open fire trails where I can really crank it up  love it.
Maybe ACDCs “It’s along way to the top if ya wanna rock and roll” would be a good one on a Murphsburgh. 😆 cause there is alot of rocks and alot of rollin.
My young fella Rory has a big wheel yz85 and he is 13. I can’t say how other 85s go but like Mick says it goes pretty quick. When I first gave it to him I had a go and thought shit it’s fast. He doesnt ride flat out mostly  and doesnt do MX just out in the bush with his big bro and I. He has had some pretty big stacks though. The last one I was in front and give it a bit and looked back to see him do the same. He just opened it up to keep up with dad and got it all sideways and than highsided it over the front with the bike endoing around him. He goes alright. up he got and wiped the tears and dust off pick up his bike, kick it over, dumped the clutch and took off again.
Anyway the YZ goes pretty good out in the bush. It never fouls the plug and has taken some hits. I wasnt looking for a yz in particular. It was for sale when I was looking to buy so I got.
Dusty
I’d like to have a go on one and see how they go on the gas, on the dunes, in the mud , real wet conditions and on big hill climbs. I can imagine if they worked well it would be a real buzz.
As far as cheating I don’t know….maybe just technologhy.
What about wheelstands when putting the front back down.
