Not as quiet as JTB & Bucky though ???
What happened to them :whistle:Come to think of it,,, yeah, it is pleasantly quiet without JTB
Only jokingNow there`s a great idea XY ,
And it would do wonders for the ozone layer too , but then the mongrel powers that be would most likely whack heavy taxes on bikes :laugh:Yeah,
Happy Birthday NZ.Hope your out on the bike adventuring somewhere far from the rat race mate

You Cheeky Bugger
I was out of school before then and in the workforce :SYeah, Once again, thanx to all for the well wishes etc
I have been tickin` the thankyou button but will refrain from individually posting as there`s too many ,,,
Very humbling and the good wife is very happy that so many peeps care for her well being (and most of them total strangers to her personally)Job interview went well I think
So hard to gauge these days and it was pretty laid back & my first real interview in close to 10 yrs.
Just gotta get thru next weeks doc, clinic & surgery then should hear back about the job by Friday ,,Fingers crossed for sure
Cheers All
Had a bloke split the lanes on wed night on a roadie and he was doing about 90 I reckon
And the wind was blowing about 75k/hr too :laugh:I reckon there will be some carnage, as the other road users will be largely unaware of the new laws or plead ignorance,,,
Too late for bike riders in that case possibly though :dry:All good guys
Thankyou all for the thoughts , it has been a tough time for sure, but I have learnt a lot since departing my last job about control, self care & the power of positive thinking
As I said to Ace tonight, my guts have been kicked hard more than 3 times the past couple of months, so that`s 3 strikes
I set myself some goals and planned to follow a couple of paths from different directions regarding my jobsearch and doing it on my own as far as possible (all the while knowing I have some great support on call if needed on here & also elsewhere) These goals seem to have helped me deal with the cancer scare as well .Things can only go up from here and I feel like we have turned the corner after today!!!
Thanx again and I will keep you all posted as things progress.

Cheers
