Look back on the past year fondly King (I mean STM) it was a good year ….On the batery front, I am still running the stock 690 one, but I use my CTEK charger regularly to keep it in tip top shape,,, must be working so far

Have been thinking of what battery I will run if I need to upgrade, so looks like Lithium will be out unfortunately  Unless I buy another charger as well ???
Thanx for the info

Most are happy with the Kwaka 450 power with little mods required (maybe a pipe & jetkit)
But coming from a 2T I guess it`s like chalk & cheese :laugh:The Kwaka is renowned for smooth delivery of power, maybe that`s not what you like Captain :silly:

Hopefuly we het the same man in blus calling in this year then

It was just a reminder I thought might be handy ,,,…..A REMINDER for next week ……
I remember we had a visit from the men in blue last year. It was early on the saturday just after we arrived at the campsite with the support convoy and the boys went out for the afternoon loops
It was then that Jeffro did his special trick on my 690 right in front of Mr Policeman in his 4×4 :pinch:
Luckily Mick had already done hid PR work telling him that we were all middle aged responsible blokes with full rego etc etc balh blah   :laugh:Chance of more visits this year may be high, especially with the numbers attending ,,,,,

moto wrote:I used these and found them to be my favourite as they are dual compund, last well and are still soft.
The Pro-Tapers are too big for me and I cut them off after 2 rides. I have a spare set of the KTM ones Boonster on the cheap if you want me to bring em’ to SC. They’re the wrong colour for me now.
Other grips I’ve found good are the Domino ones.
Bring them along MO`HO and I will take `em off your hands cheap

Have been thinking about giving those a go at some time anyway ,,,,Maybe I`ll just nick `em when you pass out on friday night
Cheers
