I normally have the topo contours turned off in the Map Menu on my GARMIN MAP76, then tracks are clearly definable.
Works well with Shonky Maps full Topo as well
Cheers

Can`t wait for the updates on the 750, sure it will be a beast

Isn`t there a menu where you can change the contours ???
My Garmin is adjustable as far as thickness of line etc (but I have no colour)

Bundyroy wrote:I didn’t realise that was the fuel cap behind the seat. Here I was thinking “these boys sure like their bike to look pretty, they won’t even cover up one little plastic badge to get more luggage space”. I was geme to say it though without knowing someone well enough (ie having met them) to give them shit. Lucky politeness won in this case or I would have had a little egg on my face.
How did I miss this today ???You do know what site you are on don`t ya Roy ??? :silly:
Anyone is fair game on OBT !!!Cheers

You might as well go the Euro mate and save the wait (weight) then
Nah, It would suck having made up your mind so long ago, then be in second mind now that they are out :pinch:

pete the wulf wrote:i like it Eages, it should make it easier for me to pick you out when you are riding past
So when are you Testing it out ?Was hoping to do something similar to last weeks ride,,, but with the weather we have just now
Think I will stay in & get the car ready for it`s trip to the repair man on Monday ….
Needs a good degrease, remove the dual battery etcWe will ride again soon Pete
That didn`t last long at all ,,,,Gave it some thought during the day at work, came home, had another look and decided to hack some more off 😆
My AndyStrapz Bags have a good sizes strap that crosses over the fuelcap area to help hold them on the bike, so off came some of the fat to minimise rubbing on the strap (some more pinchweld may be used there too
It also gives me more access to the frame supports to attach straps when securing gear…..

Also cut couple of more slots in the back part of the plate to save an ounce or two , It is still a work in progress so more may be cut or just make them a little longer

It is still surprisingly strong and I reckon I could stand on top of it no probs …..
Ya just can`t beat some quiet ShedTime on a rainy arvo :woohoo: -
