I have warmed to them more than when I first got the bike,,,
They take a bit of mucking around to find the suited pressures (espacially the front), but have worn well. I am not an aggressive rider due to inexperience

The front has started to heel & toe and is 50% gone at around 5000k. It gets ridden to work sometimes 3 times a week but that is only 5k each way now

I reckon I might just replace the rear after the Nundle ride in a fortnight (it will be pretty much shot then )with another MT and give them another whirl ;)

Yep, I ordered another MT21 rear today to fit before fridays trip to Nundle
    This time I am running a 130 instead of a 140 ,,,,

It’s a terrible feeling when your stuff gets pinched.

In the hope that it helps I’ve put the feelers out in round here after I heard of a strange (coincidence) word of mouth ad for a v-cheap 450 with “new plastics”. Might be nothing, but worth a look into.

See if I can find out more for ya.

    BW

When I heard they went missing , i had a funny feeling that they went north to Kempsey, due to where they got stolen.. It would be good if you could look into it further. PM me if you can help look into it and I will get the Vin Numbers etc.
I would like nothing more, than nailing some low life bike thief.

I occasionally give the lastics a spray with Electrical Silicone, leave it on a day or two, then wipe off excess with a clean rag. If left, dust will stick like Poo to a Polar Bear

It seems to soak into the plastic & restore a nice shine ;)

Careful to not get it onto the tyres, rims, discs etc though (usually cover them up with an old bedsheet)
