    Sounds similar to my old KLX problems after the Nabiac ride :whistle:
    It too had two exhaust valves closed,,, I just reshimmed (actually ground them down on an oilstone) and away she went ;)
    Installed correct shims when I got them and she ran like clockwork till I solds it a few months later :)

    Plenty of food at the Pub mate,,, Steaks there are good ;)
    Apparently the Cafe across the road does awsome brekky too now :woohoo:

    Nundle has it all there for ya , all in walking distance

    I have already sorted my gear in the bags,, only need to do my plug & oil change and rotate the front tyre, then I`m ready to roll to Wauchope enoute to Nundle :woohoo:

    I love Sunday arvo shed time :laugh:

    Glad its them & not me trying to dodge it if thats the case :whistle:

    I was talkng to my old man the other day about their trip,,, he reckoned it would be touch & go and he has travelled all those roads many times in recent years, he has been stuck as well before and escaped a few times in the nick of time so to speak, & it is no fun apparently :silly:

    I have warmed to them more than when I first got the bike,,,
    They take a bit of mucking around to find the suited pressures (espacially the front), but have worn well. I am not an aggressive rider due to inexperience :whistle:

    The front has started to heel & toe and is 50% gone at around 5000k. It gets ridden to work sometimes 3 times a week but that is only 5k each way now :laugh:

    I reckon I might just replace the rear after the Nundle ride in a fortnight (it will be pretty much shot then :unsure:)with another MT and give them another whirl ;)

    Headed back to Marree by the looks of it,,,,
    Maybe didn`t like the native wildlife at Lake Eyre,,, or it it wetter than you know what out there further along the Odd Track :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

    Marree has a pub for sure , Thats likely to be it :laugh:

    Also noticed Boulders Spot is still not working,, displays him to be a day behind, nothing logged today :whistle:
    Lucky they have so mant Spots on the trip hey ….

    The boys are tracking well and have been thru Maree. Still a long way to Oodnadatta on the track though ;)
    The going must be good as they have done some miles since setting out B)

    I got a Roman self inflating 3/4 Moon Mat (matress) while in Coffs. Also grabbed an inflating pillow to rest the melon ;)

    Will give them a run on the upcomng Newy-Wauchope-Nundle trip ,,,,
