Cheers KING,
I have decided to go with a SPOT, any dramas should be few & far between I think anyway :whistle:And FYI,,, The avatar is not my ride, just what it could look like (in my dreams)
Cheers MateBoony wrote:I took the beast for a blat today at my place,, Matt ring me???????? red could be the new yellow, i will need to see the new ktm 350 first before I make up my mind. There`s a scoop !!!!
RETIRING BANANA ,,, Boon goes ORANGE  or RED
You don`t need to be leading
Old mate was second in line on that clip
I was about 10 nikes back at Nundle last year when a huge black sow with 6 suckers ran out in front & up the track for 20 mtrs
Opened my eyes real wide that one , she was as big as a great dane dog, and some :laugh:Trailboss wrote:Sweet ride Aaron, welcome again to the red team mate. Nothing more needs be said, you have ridden it you know what some of us know. Don’t let the basket hanging, kilo adding, farm spraying, agg bikes riders jealousy ruin the experience of a new bike and a Honda at that.Did it have that new bike smell?
TB
Not bad for a Honda I suppose
Would be like chalk & cheese compared to the old WR ,,,,,Yeah,
I hear ya on the positionong of the unit
I read that ideally it needs to be mounted with the face FLAT facing the sky to pickup satellites best,,,,I will still be buying one I reckon (or the missus will anyway) gotta love birthdays
Will need the mount too I suspect,,,
Looks like Steve has some more business coming his way soonI also read that there is an Aussie support too KING,,, look that up mate
Thanx for the replies too guys, Cheers
I think that the bikes won on the day Corey,,,, Like TB said, BLAME MICK
Pity though as you have tried to organise a great weekend at your place  Thats how it goes I suppose hey ???I am prepping for a family holiday mate, hence my unavailability (I was keen as mustard at first though)
Did consider riding up with TB, but that isn`t an option now anyway (I am out of brownie pts too) :laugh:Cheers
yep it worked,,,
Sadlly for us :laugh: Tough bikes them Katos,,, Didn`t even break the screen

Bet old mate bought a few lottery tickets on arrival at the first newsagent 😆

Neither TB nor Krusty invited him into their tent and just rolled him up in a small tarp for the night
Krusty has spent a bit of time on the ground , TB has had problems starting the Tenere this morning and Deejay ran out of fuel but I’ll let them tell those stories !!!
Great read guys!!!
Deejay is a man I need to meet
STM
You did meet him King,,,,
You were incapacitated at the time :laugh:Yeah mate,,, I hear ya on the waterholes
Lucky for me the two blokes from the first car I saw at the clearing had been thru them all and I could see entry & exit linesStill took it with care though ,especially the real big one I had to hang a right on into a tight single diversion (damn it was deep) :woohoo:
More,,,
We want to hear MORE :laugh:Would be good to hear Dejay`s account of the trip actually

TB
Trailboss wrote:Good on ya Eags any bike time is better than no bike timePictures would be nice next time as well mate, you will have to show me the track one day soon please
Got a spot? Maybe the family should get you one for Christmas
TB
Yeah, I looked at the “Welcome to Eagleton” sign on the way past & chuckled to myself (that might be a pic to get), also looked at the sloppy bogholes & remembered Jeffro`s report a few weeks ago and thought to myself “Hmmm, don`t wanna get stuck out here for hours alone” So I took it steady & soldiered on !
Wallaroo SF is rather small for a decent ride I think, a lot of the tracks just loop back over each other, there were some singles darting off hear & there that Huskybloke would be famliar with, maybe even Jeffro
As for the SPOT, I have one on the wishlist (well really her wishlist) It shouldn`t be too far away
Cheers
Yeah Rocket, It`s always a good day for it
Beats sitting home watching the idiot box for sure :laugh:I think some blokes had kids up at Wallaroo too, not sure if it gets patroled at all, but they choose run the gauntlet I suppose
Makes me kinda glad my kids don`t ride,,, as good as it would be at times, it beats trying to find places to ride legallyWas a god run today,, a little wetter than I expected :woohoo:
