I carry Panadol and some heartburn tablets in my Camel back. That is the extent of the first aid supplies that I carry though. I best do something about that.

any suggestions what we should pack anyone????
OXYCODONE,, if you can get it for pain relief !!!
I do carry Nurofen or Fortes usually, but have misplaced them from my kit :{You probably know this already, but be a bit carefull handing out fortes and anything with codene, some people are allergic to codene and they have a bad reaction(feels like a heart attack).
Also if it is an injury and med evac, the doctors will not be able to do too much to the patient until what you have given them is out of system.cheers Hatto
Yeah cheers Hatto,,,,
I only use them for myself normally, unless someone asks for them & have had them before.
I am a bit of a seasoned user on Fortes (use to take too many with previous knee probs):whistle:Some people go bananas on them for sure, and yes allergic reaction are dangerous (as with any substance)

Yes, That is the same trip to Newy when I met you guys at Wollombi Tavern, walked into the bar & the first bloke I laid eyes on was Mal:) It was the first time I actually met him face to face & his happy voice was unmistakeable.
Shortly after we left the Tavern was where he ripped past me on the 990`s rear wheel :woohoo: AWSOME
This is a sad day indeed for us at OBT that had the privilege to deal with, and even better still to personally meet Mal.
When I received the news from TB, I was am still am lost for words, gutted actually.
As TB mentioned, Mal was always the one who put all others and their needs first, a truly gifted and accomplished rider (I will never forget the sight of Mal & his lady friend on the 990 passing me on the back wheel into Mllfield) :laugh:So I can only pass on my deepest condolences the Mal`s family and closest friends, also I hope to be able to raise a can or two in his memory on the Birthday ride with all who attend. Actually, I have packed up for the evening now and am having a can right now,,,
Mal, you were a true legend mate & will be sadly missed I am sure,,,
R.I.PYeah, Shoulder Op recovery is the worst
Ok, we will have a chat to shore up the final plans next week then. The trailer will be handy for carting the BBQ if I have to lug it I suppose (better than in the car)
