Also his front tank, not his Nuts :woohoo: :woohoo:
 That mirror pic makes Joe look rather wide,,,,, hang on,, HE IS WIDE :woohoo:
Great ride by the looks of it guys, keep the report coming,,, was it cold down there???
Nundle was exceptionally warm for Easter;)That is EXACTLY WHERE I STAND on the issue Mick
Had similar problems for years (19 to be exact)
Even had locals tarring me with the same brush on the commuter, due to the dust the dickheads created:angry:gavb wrote:If the degreaser or kerro or bundy or what ever you use to get the old filter oil off, isn’t washed off itself, it will make the new oil run off as well.YES, Good tip there Gav;)
Hence the need for a good warm soapy rinse (I do it twice actually),,,,,,I am gonna reserve my opinion on this topic once again.
I have had many a gripe with unrego`d bikes over the years causing trouble in my ride areas & local street. Its too easy to have full rego & ride legally almost anywhere I reckon;)
Crikey Kat:blink:
Out there ridin` solo on the XR, as long as you had a good time I suppose,,,,,
Will have to hook up for a blat when I pick up the 690, hoping to rip down to Wisemans for it`s maiden voyage, so will give you a bell & see if your free;)Cheers
Nice work Dude;)
Good to see some of the local ratbag trails you & Murph take on, as well as some Nundle & Coffs thrown in.
THose little ly downs were funny too :laugh:Will catch you for a ride again soon,,,,
I am well & truly sold on the benefts of using Motul Filter Oil (or similar quality).
I ran two Twin element UNI FILTERs for the Kwaka, had one always clean & oiled ready to go in a sealed plastic tub. Rinsed the dirty one in Kerosene (similar practice to TB`s vid), followed by a warm wash in the Boss` best washing liquid  (also when she wasn`t around)
Hung out to dry, then re oil next day,,,,,Only had the one inlet valve close on the Nabiac ride (put that down to a flogging in the heat though)
The Kwaka had 20,000k almost spanner free kilometers on it when we parted company :woohoo:Great vid too btw TB
Wish I had done one on the valve re shimming on the Kwaka before I got rid of it:whistle:Cheers
So,,, YOU STILL GONNA KICK ME IN THE CODS ????
I have extra protection on the way before Nundle`s next vivit
Boonit knew we were up there 😆
Decided to keep it secret hey ??????Next trip up Bolls, we have to catch up mate.
Could be one up there sooner rather than later:whistle:Ok, The gig is pretty much up!!!
The identity of the new ride has been revealed,,,,
KTM 690
Big stepup from the old KLX I know, but reckon it will be a great purchase and plan to keep it for the next 10 years;)
Already made a purchase of Touratech Pannier frames & hoping the bike is very close behind them :whistle:Matches ?????????????
Did I offer matches ??????????
 Yes, I believe I did:whistle:
Nice report bloke, makes my time sitting around in town all the more enjoyable:unsure:  NOT
Next time will be a different story though,
Already booked in for 10 nights & the new ride will be there for sure (even if I have to ride it up there) :woohoo:Cheers
Well mate,,,
I recommend you stay well clear   :laugh:No, just joking mate,,, after a bite from him I am;)
They are a funny bunch & will show you a great time!!!!Enjoy
