Idea,, I have a mate at work that lives at Wyee & could drop me there on his way home. Would be there around 7.30ish I suppose.

Nundle is just round the corner you two, so do the time , exercises etc & get better ASAP!!!

I just got back from a half hour blast in the paddock behind my place (there are some moto loops cut in out there too) and the flaming knee is not as strong as I thought.
The cold weather has been a contributing factor as well I think (especially wotking night shift constantly under 10 degrees) :unsure:

Nurofen & Panadeine Forte are still my friend, and will be for some time :laugh:

Yeah, Get onto the MRI booking mate,
It took me 2 weeks to get into the MRI (thats the waiting time in Newcastle) Also a specialist needs to give the referral or you will be charged all of the amount if a GP sends you for one.
This is what my GP told me anyway.
My scan was $600 from memory but worth every cent to see the damage before surgery.
